At Wild Berry Incense, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aromatic experience; if our fragrances do not meet your expectations, you may return unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused incense or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected and retain their fragrance integrity during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or mail your package to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
